豊かな漁場の豊後水道では約200種類の鮮魚や甲殻、貝類が年間を通じて水揚げされています。ご要望により単品での対応も致します。

We can offer individual fishes as well. Bungosuido channel is considered given fishing field with its various kind of species from sea. Regularly around 200 over fishes and crustaceans are caught and we believe many seasonal ingredients attract you.
