豊穣の地、佐伯市の豊かな自然に育まれた農海山産物はその鮮度の良さだけでなく滋味に富み多くの人々を魅了しています。
食材にこだわり、常に味覚の求道者たるシェフにとってはこの佐伯の地は魅力的な宝石箱と言えるでしょう。
しかし、その様々な食材もレストランを訪れ、感動を覚醒されたお客様によって初めて認知されるものです。
その為にもお客様の感動に常に敏感な料理人に最高の食材を提供し続ける会社でありたいと思う。
常に生産者と語り合い、作る喜びや漁りを生業とする人々と共に喜びを分かちあいたいと思う。
Saiki City is located south of Oita prefecture and known as a biggest city in Kyushu.
It’s population is around 72,000 and considered as a typical local city in Japan. But we are very proud of this lovely city with warm hearted people. Given place, Saiki-City, is a perfect place of local food products from sea, farm and sometime wild animals like deer or boar. We believe it’s seems like a treasure box for chefs who explore true taste of cuisine which satisfy their guest.
However, we know that full recognition of richness of our products are realized only by offering cuisine to guests who were moved with their experiences.
Therefore we believe our mission is to offer best ingredients to chefs or customers from this cradle of rich surrounding which feed foods.

We are very confident to offer you best ingredients with fresh, well qualified and safe. Fish are well maintained by Japanese traditional method, so call “Ikejime” or “Ikijime” to keep fish meat fresh.
All vegetables are mostly organic and certified by authority with recorded data related to all materials to cultivate.
We remind ourselves to do our best efforts to offer and meet your requirement sincerely. Therefore, we hope you try our products and educate us to make it world class.

Owner’s profile
長年大手電器メーカーで入社以来一貫して販路開拓、マーケティングを担当、海外18年の経験を通じて職務だけでなく、その国それぞれの食や文化に触れてきました。
定年を迎え、生まれ育った佐伯の地で新しいコンセプトで豊かな食材を皆様にお届けすることを目的に起業をすることにしました。自己の経験とは全く畑違いのように思われますが食を通じて人々に喜びを与え商品を作り出す精神はどのような仕事でも基本は同じと思います。
もっとお客様に喜んでもらえる、もっと生産者や商品を育てることに今まで培ったノウハウを活かして行きたいと思います。
I joined electric company just after graduation from University. Since then, I worked as a marketing professional almost 36years. I worked in overseas totally 18years in South east Asia and Europe and traveled all over the world.
My own business seems me another world from my experience, however I could learn a lot about theory how to make it success and people happy whatever I work with in any circumstances.
Therefore, I would like to dedicate myself to contribute further development of this society and help younger people as much as possible.
