ブリは約年間60万尾と全国でも1，2位の出荷量を誇ります｡大分の名産品のカボスを餌に混ぜ、特有の魚臭を抑え、ほんのりとカボスが香るカボスブリ、カボスヒラメなどユニークな取り組みもしています。他にシマアジ、ヒラマサ、カワハギ、ウマヅラハギなど天然に負けない味をお届けします。

Yellowtail have about 60 thousands rolls shipment a year from Saiki and we also offer processed foods as well. Unique feeding is utilizing “Kabosu” citrus to feed Yellowtail or Flat fish to remove fishy smell and make it possible to cock various dishes in row.
Others are striped horse mackerel, yellowtail amberjack, or filefish and you can enjoy taste almost equivalent to wild one.
